It’s Wednesday, and the movers are here loading up the truck. The house is quickly emptying, box by box, as this chapter comes to a close.
To finish off last night, we went to dinner with one of our oldest daughters and our grandson. It was such a special time together, filled with love, laughter, and those quiet moments.
We’re choosing not to look at this as a goodbye, but as a “see you soon.” We’re excited to see what the Lord brings are way and what He has in store for all of us in this next season.
Soon, the house will be empty, but the love has filled this space we called home. And that love doesn’t leave—it goes with us.
We will miss all those that we’ve encountered along the way.
